A 45 minute interval ride, suitable for all fitness levels. In our high-energy classes, we ride to the music. The electrifying music and atmosphere helps push you to get the most out of your ride. Our instructors will suggest resistance levels and RPM's to strive for in each session but YOU decide exactly what's right for you and your body.

If you're a new rider, stick with a pace you’re comfortable with. Your bike will be customized to you. You set the positions that fit your body and adjust the resistance, speed, RPM and power to your comfort levels. Work your core, feel the burn, and you'll see results! Get ready to have fun + sweat!
